Refund policy

We have a 14-day return (store credit) policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item or purchasing your item in-store to request a return.

To be eligible for return (store credit), your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, the buyer is responsible for shipping on return items.  We’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

No Refunds - Only Store Credit
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the store credit was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be notified of the amount of store credit you have received.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), hair accessories, caps, jewelry, bags/purses, and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on personalized items, sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return (store credit) is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item with the store credit.

Other Return Information

Due to the custom nature and print on demand nature of our business all personalization orders are final.  No refunds, cancellations, returns or exchanges are accepted unless a mistake was made on our end.

By purchasing you understand our Turnaround time which is posted at the top of each page of the website.  Turnaround time is production time BEFORE you item ships out.  Please factor in additional transit time for delivery depending on the shipping method you select at checkout.

We are not responsible if your order is delayed by the postal service. The USPS delivery date is only an estimate and our shop can only guarantee the shipment date. No refunds will be issued for items delayed, damaged or lost by USPS.

We are not responsible if you enter the monogram information in the incorrect order or misspell a name. We will monogram the item exactly how you enter it on your order. Please double check your order!   We are not responsible for sizing issues.  Please utilized posted size charts to ensure a proper fit.

*All items are handmade, please keep in mind that no two items are identical, therefore there may be a slight difference in the actual item and the photo due to real and perceived colors, fabric positioning and /or thread colors, and printed items. Please make sure you are familiar with my shops policies before placing your order.

ONLINE PICKUP ORDERS AND PERSONALIZED ORDERS: Please pickup orders ASAP! 

  • All online orders and personalization orders placed for in-store pickup will be. held for 30 days from the purchase date.   
  • Customers will receive a pickup reminder one week before the 30-day holding period ends. 
  • If the order is not picked up within 30 days, the item(s) will be returned to the sales floor. 
  •  Unclaimed orders after 30 days will be released, and items may be purchased by another customer.
